Art. 1 — The Organiser
The giveaway is organised by S.C. GREENADEL PROD S.R.L., the company operating the Tărâmul Cerbilor destination, with its registered office at no. 295, Călăparu village, Borăscu commune, Gorj County, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J20/10000/135185, tax identification code RO26672277, legally represented by Mr Iordache Laurențiu, in his capacity as Administrator, hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”.

The giveaway runs simultaneously on the official Tărâmul Cerbilor pages on Instagram (@taramul.cerbilor) and Facebook (Tărâmul Cerbilor).
Art. 2 — Entry Period and Location
The giveaway runs during the period 5 August 2026 – 18 August 2026, 23:59 (Romanian time), exclusively online, on the @taramul.cerbilor Instagram page and on the Tărâmul Cerbilor Facebook page.
The Organiser reserves the right to extend or change this period, subject to prior notice on the same pages.
Art. 3 — Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over, domiciled or resident in Romania, who hold a public Instagram account and/or a Facebook account and who meet the conditions set out in Art. 4.
Employees of the Organiser and members of their families (first-degree relatives) are not eligible to enter.
Art. 4 — How to Enter
Entry is possible on either of the two platforms; a person may enter on both. The entry mechanism differs from one platform to the other, as Meta’s rules do not allow the same conditions on Facebook and on Instagram.
A) On Instagram (@taramul.cerbilor):
- follow the official @taramul.cerbilor page;
- leave a comment on the giveaway post tagging at least one person (a real friend). Each separate comment containing a valid tag counts as one entry; multiple comments/entries are allowed;
- optionally — this is not a condition of entry and does not earn additional entries — share the post to your Story.
B) On Facebook (the Tărâmul Cerbilor page):
- like / follow the official Tărâmul Cerbilor page;
- leave a comment on the giveaway post, mentioning who you would like to come with and why. Each valid comment counts as one entry;
- optionally — this is not a condition of entry and does not earn additional entries — share the post.
Note: in line with Facebook’s platform rules, entry on Facebook is NOT conditional on tagging friends or on sharing the post to your timeline/Story. For this reason, the tagging requirement applies exclusively to Instagram entries.
The following will not be validated: comments that do not contain the elements required on the respective platform, tags of fake or non-existent accounts, duplicate accounts and comments containing offensive language. Comments posted by the Organiser’s official pages are excluded from the draw.
Art. 5 — The Prize
A single prize is awarded: 2 (two) passes to the Folk & Rock Acustic Festival (access on both festival evenings, 21 and 22 August 2026), for 2 people, together with accommodation for 2 people in a forest cabin at Tărâmul Cerbilor (Turceni, Călăparu, Gorj County) — 2 nights’ accommodation.
The value of the prize is determined according to the Organiser’s standard rates. The prize does not include transport, meals (unless otherwise specified) or other personal expenses.
Art. 6 — Selecting the Winner (the Draw)
The winner is selected by random draw from a single combined pool bringing together all valid entries from Instagram and from Facebook. The winner may therefore come from either of the two platforms, and the winning comment exists only on the platform on which the entry was made.
The draw is carried out using the public random-draw application commentpicker.com (the multi-platform “Facebook & Instagram Giveaway Picker” tool), which collects the comments from both posts and selects the winners by means of a pseudo-random number generator, ensuring an impartial selection.
In the same draw, 2 (two) reserve entrants are also selected, in the order drawn, for the situations set out in Art. 7.
The announced draw date was 18 August 2026; the actual draw will take place on 19 August 2026, with no change whatsoever to the entry conditions or to the prize.
The result of the draw is saved by the Organiser in the form of the public results page generated by the application, which contains the winner’s name, the winning comment with a direct link to it, the date of the draw and the posts included in the giveaway. The link is made available to entrants, on request, on the official pages.
Art. 7 — Validating and Announcing the Winner
After the draw, the Organiser checks that the selected winner has met the conditions set out in Art. 4, on the platform from which their entry originated.
The winner is announced publicly on both official pages (Instagram @taramul.cerbilor and Facebook Tărâmul Cerbilor — post, pinned comment and/or Story), stating the platform from which the winning entry originated, and is contacted by direct message (DM).
As the prize is valid for 21–22 August 2026, the winner must reply within 24 hours of being notified, providing their full name and a telephone number, and must confirm that they meet the entry conditions. If they do not reply within this time or do not meet the conditions, the prize passes to the first reserve entrant, and so on.
Art. 8 — Awarding and Validity of the Prize
- The prize is awarded as a voucher for 2 festival passes (2 people, both evenings) and 2 nights’ accommodation for 2 people in a forest cabin.
- The voucher is valid exclusively for the period of the Folk & Rock Acustic Festival (21–22 August 2026).
- The booking is confirmed with the Organiser once the winner has been validated, subject to availability.
- The prize cannot be transferred to another person and cannot be exchanged for cash or for other goods/services.
- On check-in, the winner must present a valid identity document.
Art. 9 — Personal Data Protection
Entrants’ data (Instagram/Facebook account names and, for the winner, the contact details needed to award the prize) are processed exclusively for the purpose of running the giveaway and awarding the prize, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
In order to carry out the draw, the public comments on the giveaway posts are processed through the commentpicker.com application, acting as a random-draw tool. The data are not passed on to third parties for any other purpose and are kept only for as long as necessary. Entrants may exercise their GDPR rights by writing to contact@taramulcerbilor.com.
Art. 10 — Facebook / Instagram / Meta Disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, administered by or associated with Facebook / Instagram / Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each participant releases Facebook / Instagram / Meta from any liability related to the giveaway.
Art. 11 — Final Provisions
By entering the giveaway, entrants declare that they have read and accept these rules.
This version updates the rules published on 5 August 2026, clarifying the multi-platform mechanism, the method of drawing from a single combined pool and the way in which the platform-specific conditions are validated. The giveaway period, the entry conditions and the prize remain unchanged.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these rules, subject to prior notice on the official pages. Any disputes shall be settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.
