What we want the Realm to be

A place where Romanian tradition is not kept behind glass but lived: in the food, in the craftsmanship, in the way a wooden house is built.

A place where children learn the forest with their feet and their hands, not from a screen.

A place where time flows differently — and that is not a pretty phrase but a design decision: no rush, no queues, no programme crammed with everything that could possibly fit.

What guides us

Nature has the final say. We build sparingly and with care, only where the forest leaves us room. Good things take time. We prefer a two-night stay to a flying visit, a four-hour lunch to a forty-minute one. The people of the place make the place. Craftsmen, producers and storytellers from Gorj — they are what give the Realm its flavour. Nothing by halves. We open only what is truly ready. The rest, in its own good time.

Through intense and sustained effort, Tărâmul Cerbilor is transforming day by day into a major destination.

The estate is already a vibrant place, with functional facilities on site, which are being developed on the basis of a vision shaped by a multidisciplinary team (architects, international hospitality experts and brand specialists), to create a tourism ecosystem in harmony with nature.

Opening the gates

This summer we are opening the heart of the estate. We invite you to your first memorable experiences in the midst of nature, where you can discover:

Spectacle and nature
The Performance Arena (with horses and birds of prey), the “Sky Hunters” Aviary, the Stables and the first horse-riding trails.

Celebration and tradition
The open-air events area, brought to life by the Artisan Market (open on special occasions) and sheltered by the tranquillity of St. Eustace Chapel.

Nights under the stars
The first Glamping units hidden in nature, the Camping area for caravans/tents and the historic hunting Lodge, specially renovated for groups.
